FIX A PHONE THAT GOT WET - A WHILE AGO?

fix wet phone



Basically my Father got his Blackberry wet ages ago (but i really want it!). I think he was fishing - so salt water - but didnt act fast enough and get the water out. Is there ANY way to solve this, all the water is gone - like its not gonna drain out.
Any help? Thanksx
That tiny sticker on the side of the battery? ITs white with a red line through it??

There’s a little sticker underneath the battery. It’s white and has red x’s, or some design in red. If the sticker is all white it can not be fixed. Especially if it was a while ago. Sorry.

Basically any electronic devise that gets wet is screwed for -unless you get the water out asap.

If it was a while ago and your father didn’t let it dry out then it would be cheaper to get a new one.

i heard from my aunt to put it in a bag of rice, but i think thats only if its still wet… you could try it thought.

You can ask blackberry to repair the phone for you or if you have insurance you can get a new phone for $50.
