How can I fix or get my cell phone fixed?

Okay, I have a Sanyo SCP-3100. I don’t know what happened to it but, it won’t come on and the lights in the screens just flash all day. What should I do? I have never gotten this phone wet or in any other type of accident. Has this ever happened to anyone else? PLEASE HELP ME!!

P.S. - It’s a Sprint phone.

Take the battery out. That might reset the phone.

do a hard reset on the phone. when it is turned on (when the lights are flashing), pull out the battery and then press and hold the power key down for 15 seconds. then put the battery back in and turn on the phone. if it still flashes at you, call Sprint c/s and tell them what’s happening. see if they can direct you to a corporate store with an on-site tech who can look at it. sounds like a software glitch to me, the reset might work or it might need to get a software flash to, corporate store should be able to do that.
