How To Find The Speed, Velocity, And Displacement Of The Plane?

Question:
Timothy flew from Phoenix to Tucson, a distance of 120 miles, at a constant speed of 120 mph. He then returned at a constant speed of 60 mph.
So I don’t know how to find the speed, velocity nor the displacement?

The speed
= [(120+60)/2]mph
= 90mph
The velocity
= (120-60)mph
= 40mph
The displacement
= (120-120)mph
= 0mph
