How Can I Do A Backbend Kickover In School In Grass Without Getting Too Scared And Withoutanyone Holding Me?

during suspension in school i get too scared to do a backbend kickover and i can do it perfectly on my bed with my eyes shut and with one hand and everything but in school i get too sc ared i begin feeling like a loser.

here’s a few tips:
1) u don’t wanna hear this, but maybe u should practice at home outside on grass to get more comfortable with it. maybe a parent or someone could spot you if you feel scared.
2) when i got my back walkover/back limber i was scared to do it. face your fears no ones gonna laugh at you if you mess up! and when you do it a couple of times it’ll be a piece of cake. then you can start learning other things. like your back handspring then your tuck and eventually your full twist. one step at a time, no need to rush.. you’ll feel comfortable doing it soon!!
