How To Claim My Acronis True Image 2010 Upgrade?

I purchased my acronis true image home 2009 copy at a FRY’s store september 10th. The new version came out september 15th. They state on their site if you purchased acronis true image home 2009 30 days before the 15th you get a free upgrade to 2010. It states I must make an inquiry to the acronis customer central. Any help? Please i need a detailed guide. I am upgrading to windows 7 soon and will need this.
