Is there CSS code that allows text AND image to appear when you hover over a thumbnail?
Or would Javascript be required? I would like to duplicate the speech bubbles in the Netflix website that contain both the motion picture image as well as the synposis. I know you can make larger images appear over links, but that doesn’t include text.
Can someone tell me how to do this please? thanks!
